  10/11/2006 write to Threshold Entertainment

We are currently finished with these rumors and dead-ends. It may take months, it may even take years. But Threshold is bound to crack sometime. I urge everyone to write e-mail, telephone Threshold and demand a status report on this movie and the casts. Write Threshold what you think about and which character you wish in the movie, maybe they react on it.

Their contact information is:

1649 11th Street, Santa Monica, CA 90404
Phone: (310) 452-8899
Fax: (310) 452 0736

"Producer" of MK3:

  07/11/2006 No Robin in MK3
Robin Shou won't play Liu Kang in the next Mortal Kombat Movie. (This information is from Robin himself.)

he wrote:

"I got the bad news. I won't be in the next MK. Apparently, Sub-Zero will be the new hero. How'd that come about? No body knows. As if my character never existed. The story supposedly takes place before Lui Kang's time. A prequel of prequel.... I guess that's why it's taking this long for it to happen.... That's show biz"

"It is time to move on from MK but of the other hand, I wouldn't hesitate to play Liu Kang again."

05/22/2006 Mortal Kombat: Devastation is maybe turned in Louisiana

Threshold Entertainment plans to build a studio-slash-Hollywood theme- and amusement park on the banks of the Mississippi. The cost is estimated at around $ 150 million. In this park, is maybe turned the third of Mortal Kombat movies, Mortal Kombat: Devastation.

It was originally plans to start shooting on May this year, but it must be delayed, perhaps on summer of 2006.
